Managing Partner

Juleo is one the founders of SGS Law Firm and acted as the Managing Partner. His main field are on criminal disputes and various commercial disputes in which he already build and extraordinary experiences in many cases and disputes handled and settled by him. He earned his Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) degree from the Faculty of Law at Universitas Diponegoro and he earned his Master of Laws (M.H.) degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada. Prior to establishing SGS Law Firm, he worked for the largest retail company in Indonesia as its in house counsel for litigation and alternative dispute resolution who is fully responsible for handling criminal disputes and various commercial disputes.

Benaya Ari Patra Sitorus, S.H.

Partner

Benaya is one the founding partners of SGS Law Firm specializing in corporate laws, financial technology and insurance. He is a law graduate of Universitas Diponegoro, Semarang. He started his career at Harvardy, Marieta & Mauren – Attorneys at Law where he assisted various merger and acquisition, fintech, insurance, employment and litigation as well as general corporate matters. He was seconded to two of the leading multinational insurance companies in Indonesia in 2020 and 2021 as its in house legal counsel for the merger and acquisition of such companies and handling corporate matters. He also worked as in house legal counsel for leading information & technology as well as insurance broker company. He has worked for one of leading fintech (peer-to-peer lending) company in Indonesia.

Posma Obet Andreas Panjaitan, S.H., M.H.

Partner

Posma is the newest partner at SGS Law Firm. He earned his Bachelor of Laws from the Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University, and his Master of Laws from the University of Indonesia. Posma has extensive experience in structuring legal frameworks, negotiating, providing legal strategy, and preparing transactions across a broad range of transactional arrangements. This experience has led him to handle a wide variety of projects and to serve as principal legal advisor to numerous multinational companies in Indonesia. He also has practical experience in corporate and employment matters, including company regulations, employment contracts, the termination and/or dismissal of employees, employees' social security rights, and legal proceedings arising from employment and industrial relations disputes. In addition, Posma has handled matters involving corruption and money laundering. He has represented high-net-worth individuals through all stages of criminal proceedings, providing strategic, discreet, and legally robust representation.

Gavril Amario Saimima, S.H.

Senior Associate

Gavril is a dispute associate at Sitepu Gozali Sitorus Law Firm. He has assisted numerous local and foreign clients in various civil litigation, manpower, intellectual property, debt restructuring and Bankruptcy. He advised clients on a variety of general corporate and litigation issues. Gavril has a keen interest in Bankruptcy law since his time of study at university where he participated in the National Moot Court Competition of Mahkamah Konstitusi. Gavril joined Sitepu Gozali Sitorus after earned his Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from Universitas Atma Jaya. Prior to joining SGS Law Firm, Gavril began his lawyering career as an Associate at Yulius & Partners Law Firm and Associate at Yudha Dewi Setiawan Sihombing Law Firm.

Fitri is a Senior Associate at SGS Law Firm. She earned her Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Diponegoro, and her Master of Laws (M.H.) from Universitas Gadjah Mada. Prior to joining the firm, she developed her professional career in the banking industry at one of Indonesias state-owned banks, where she gained extensive experience in credit handling, risk analysis, and regulatory compliance in financial transactions. She actively assists clients in formulating recovery strategies, preparing legal opinions and demand letters, negotiating settlements, and representing creditors in court-supervised proceedings. Fitri is recognized for her strong analytical approach and strategic mindset in safeguarding clientslegal and commercial interests.

Prior to joining SGS Law Firm, Jhon began his career as a legal intern at the Branch Prosecutor's Office and subsequently, as a junior associate at a mid-tier law firm in Jakarta. Valencia Rodrigo, S.H.

Associate Valencia is associate at SGS Law Firm and handling the leading broker insurance company in Indonesia as legal counsel for legal and compliance. Prior joining the Sitepu Gozali Sitorus Law Firm, Valencia began his career as an in house counsel at a beauty company, where he was involved in providing legal documents for the Initial Public Offering (IPO) listing process.

Aditya Dimas Bagaskoro, S.H.

Associate Aditya is a junior associate at SGS Law Firm. He is a highly motivated and diligent Law graduate from the Faculty of Law, Jayabaya University, with a strong foundation in legal theory and practice. Aditya also has relevant experience as legal intern at Dentons HPRP (Hanafiah Ponggawa & Partners), where he assisted in litigation practice.
